The near-infrared RAOISR camera, developed between 1996 and 1998 by the Observatoire de Paris, formerly used as a wavefront sensor prototype for ADONIS/NAOS at the VLT (ESO), is now installed on the near-infrared arm of the SPEED bench. The camera is cooled down with liquid nitrogen and uses an Hawaii detector.
