An account request for a user must be validated by the person representing the laboratory on the user committee to which this user is related. The request should be made by creating a ticket via the HelpDesk or, if not possible, by email (crimson at oca.eu). The laboratory representative will ensure that the user has followed the instructions below.
The user must read, complete, and sign the commitment document, and comply with it. In particular, the IT charter must be read and adhered to, and publications benefiting from computing resources must acknowledge this use in accordance with the commitment. The user must also read, complete, and sign the Technical Connection Form.
The completed and signed document should be attached to the account creation ticket or, if necessary, returned by email.
If you are accredited OPAL:
The account opening request should be made by email to crimson@oca.eu. Users must read the commitment document and comply with it. In particular, the IT charter must be read and adhered to, and publications benefiting from computing resources must acknowledge this use in accordance with the commitment.
